Terms of use
Chave Fit · In force since October 24, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Brazza Studio for using Chave Fit and this site. By using the app, you accept them. They apply together with the privacy policy and with Google Play's terms for what you download or buy there.
1. What Chave Fit is
Chave Fit is an app of recipes, with macros calculated from their ingredients, and of suggested menus for a daily calorie target. It also has a diary, a shopping list, a menu PDF, paid recipe packs and the creator area on the web.
2. What it is not
The app gives general suggestions based on the calorie target you enter or that it estimates. It does not assess your health, does not diagnose anything and does not build an individual diet for you. The target estimate uses a well-known equation (Mifflin-St Jeor) and fixed minimums, but it is still an estimate. If you have a health condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or take medication that depends on what you eat, see a professional before changing your diet.
3. Age
Chave Fit is for adults 18 and over. By using the app, you confirm that you are 18 or older.
4. Nutrition information
Calories and macros are calculated from public food composition tables (Brazil's TACO table from Unicamp and USDA FoodData Central) and the amounts in each recipe. Real values change with brand, size, preparation and measurement. Allergen and ingredient filters help you choose recipes, but they do not replace reading the label of each product you buy. If you have an allergy, always check the ingredients.
5. Accounts
You can use the app without a Google account. Signing in with Google is optional and lets you take your data to other devices. Look after access to the Google account you connect, because we cannot recover an account you have lost. Deleting your account deletes your data, as the privacy policy explains.
6. Recipes and content
Chave Fit's recipes, photos, texts and brand belong to Brazza Studio or to those who licensed them to us. Recipe photos are illustrative. You get a personal, non-transferable license to use the content in the app and in the PDFs it generates, for your personal use. Recipes from paid packs are for your use only, and the app shares them only as PDF. Recipes you create are yours, and you let us store a copy of them to move them between devices.
7. Recipe packs
Google Play processes purchases under Google's terms and shows the price, which can vary by country. A pack you buy is yours for as long as the app exists and can be restored with the same Google Play account. Refunds follow Google Play's policy and the consumer laws that apply to you, including Brazil's Consumer Protection Code.
8. Creator area
The creator area is a monthly subscription for people who build model menus and send them to their own clients. The price is shown before you subscribe. Renewal and cancellation follow the rules of the payment platform used for the subscription. During the closed test, Brazza Studio grants access.
- A model menu, not an individual diet. A model menu is made for a calorie level and is the same for everyone who receives it, like a recipe book. Creators may not present it as made for one person or as a prescription.
- Creators are responsible for what they publish. The title, description, choices and edits of a model menu are the creator's, as is what they tell their clients outside the app. They must hold the rights to what they write and follow the rules of their own trade.
- Client data. Creators keep each client's name and e-mail in their own area, only send to people who asked to receive their menus and are responsible for having that person's permission to use this data. Brazza Studio processes it only to deliver the model menus.
- Creators see no client data. The app shows the creator nothing about the people who receive their menus.
- Charging clients. How creators charge their clients is up to them, outside the app. Brazza Studio is not part of that agreement and does not handle payments between them.
- License to deliver. Creators let us store their model menus and deliver them to the people they sent them to. A send cannot be changed afterwards: a change becomes a new version.
We may remove a model menu or suspend a creator account that breaks these terms.
9. Fair use
Do not try to access other people's data, tamper with the app, purchases or grants, use the app to send content that is illegal, misleading or that you have no right to use, or reverse-engineer it except where the law allows. Found a bug? Tell us at support@brazzastudio.com.
10. Videos and other services
Google Play, Firebase, Google sign-in and YouTube have their own terms and privacy policies. Videos from other sites open outside the app. We do not control these services or their content.
11. Changes and availability
We may add, change or remove recipes, features and prices to fix problems, improve the app or meet legal and platform rules. We will try to keep the app running, but we cannot promise that it or any feature will always be available. If the app is ever shut down, we will try to announce it in the app first, and you can export your data.
12. Warranty and liability
To the extent the law allows, the app is provided as is and as available, and we are not liable for indirect losses or for food or health decisions made on the basis of its suggestions. Nothing here limits consumer rights that the law does not allow to be limited.
13. Suspension
We may limit or suspend access to deal with fraud, abuse, security problems or breaches of these terms. You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time.
14. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we update this page and the date at the top. Questions: support@brazzastudio.com.
